استقبل السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي اليوم السيد “جيانبيترو بينيدتي” رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “دانيلي” الإيطالية، وذلك بحضور الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، والدكتورة هالة السعيد وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية، والمهندس محمود عصمت وزير قطاع الأعمال العام، واللواء مختار عبد اللطيف رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العربية للتصنيع، إلى جانب عدد من كبار المسئولين بالشركة الإيطالية.
وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية المستشار أحمد فهمي أن اللقاء شهد التباحث حول آفاق التعاون بين مصر وشركة “دانيلي” الإيطالية، التي تعد من أعرق وأكبر الشركات العالمية في صناعة معدات وتكنولوجيا إنتاج الصلب، حيث أعرب رئيس الشركة الإيطالية عن اعتزام التوسع في أنشطة الشركة في مصر من خلال إنشاء المجمعات الصناعية والتكنولوجيا الخضراء الصديقة للبيئة، خاصةً في ظل الفرص الاستثمارية والمزايا الاقتصادية في مصر، بما في ذلك اتفاقيات التجارة الحرة الإقليمية والدولية، والبنية التحتية المتطورة في مختلف القطاعات.
وقد أكد السيد الرئيس في هذا السياق التوجه الثابت لمصر لتطوير التعاون البناء مع شركة “دانيلي” وغيرها من الشركات الإيطالية، في إطار العلاقات الثنائية المتميزة بين مصر وإيطاليا. كما أكد السيد الرئيس حرص مصر على زيادة نسب توطين الصناعة والتكنولوجيا، وتعميق الشراكة والتعاون مع القطاع الخاص المصري وتوفير الفرص له للنمو والازدهار في إطار الأنشطة المستقبلية مع الشركة الإيطالية، مع إقامة مراكز فنية إيطالية في مصر لتدريب العمالة، للاستفادة من الخبرة الأجنبية في نقل المعرفة وبناء القدرات الفنية للكوادر المصرية.
Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received Chairman of Danieli Group, Gianpietro Benedetti. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Planning and Economic Development Dr. Hala Elsaid, Minister of the Public Business Sector Mahmoud Esmat and Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization Major General Mukhtar Abdel Latif, as well as a number of senior officials from the Italian company.
Spokesman for the Presidency Counselor Ahmed Fahmy said the meeting discussed the prospects for cooperation between Egypt and Danieli Group, which is considered one of the oldest and largest international companies in the manufacture of steel production equipment and technology. Mr. Benedetti expressed his intention to expand the company’s activities in Egypt through the establishment of environmentally friendly green industrial and technology complexes, especially in light of the investment opportunities and economic advantages in Egypt, including regional and international free trade agreements, and advanced infrastructure in various sectors.
President El-Sisi affirmed Egypt’s firm interest to develop constructive cooperation with Danieli and other Italian companies, within the framework of the distinct relations between Egypt and Italy. The President also stressed Egypt’s keenness to increase the percentage of localization of industry and technology, deepen partnership and cooperation with the Egyptian private sector and offer opportunities for it to grow and flourish within the framework of future activities with the Italian company, along with establishing Italian technical centers in Egypt to train labor, to benefit from foreign experience in transferring knowledge and building the technical capabilities of Egyptian cadres.
