The activities of the Egyptian Chinese joint air exercise “Civilization Eagles – 2026” continued, with the participation of a number of multirole fighter aircraft of various types from both sides. The exercise is being conducted at a number of air bases in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
A number of joint sorties were conducted to train on the conduct of air combat operations, including attacking hostile targets and protecting vital targets in accordance with the latest air tactics. This contributes to the exchange of expertise and the development of the pilots’ skills and capabilities to operate jointly with full coordination and synchronization. The training also included aerial refueling operations.
The exercise aims to maximize the benefits gained by the participating personnel involved in the planning and execution of modern air operations, as well as to maximize the exchange of expertise, thereby enhancing the operational capability and readiness of the air forces of both countries to accomplish all assigned missions with efficiency and effectiveness.
