n the world of entertainment, meetings between artists can produce new and grandiose successes. Sir Kamel Krifa, international Hollywood Film Producer, fabulous actor, martial artist, personal fitness trainer to the stars, was awarded with “ Lifetime Achievement Award “ last August 2025 at the first prestigious edition of the LA Tribune INT Film Fest, founder Moe Rock and co-founder Emily Letran. Present at the festival was Federico Fellini’s latest muse, the spectacularly charismatic Count Federico Wardal, descendant of the most powerful queen in history, Cleopatra VII. Krifa and Wardal have in common two legendary Mediterranean countries that gave birth to great civilizations: Egypt, for Wardal and Tunisia for Krifa. Let’s recall some milestones in Sir Kamel Krifa’s glorious career.
Kamel is Belgian citizen born in Tunisia and raised in Brussels, Kamel began training with Van Damme, who was only 13 at that time. They soon became best friends. As Van Damme made a name for himself in Hollywood, Kamel was invited by the burgeoning film star to join him at the Cannes Film Fest in 1989. In Hollywood, Kamel’s reputation preceeded him, leading to the mentorship of another international action star, Steven Seagal.
