فى إطار توجيهات القيادة السياسية بتقديم كافة أوجه الرعاية لأبناء الوطن من ذوى الهمم وكبار السن ، قامت القوات المسلحة من خلال إدارة التجنيد والتعبئة بدفع عدد من اللجان الطبية التجنيدية إلى محافظات المنوفية والشرقية والغربية وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجامعات والمدارس الفكرية الواقعة فى نطاقهم للتيسير على ذوى الهمم وكبار السن وعدم إنتقالهم إلى مناطق التجنيد والتعبئة التابعين لها ، حيث تم تجهيز أماكن أقرب ما يكون لمحل إقامتهم ودفع لجان طبية وتجنيدية للكشف عليهم وإنهاء مواقفهم التجنيدية دون أى مشقة وبالمجان .
كما تضمنت التيسيرات دفع عدد من اللجان الطبية التجنيدية إلى محل إقامة بعض الحالات غير القادرة على الحركة نظراً لظروفهم الصحية وتم إنهاء مواقفهم التجنيدية وتسليمهم شهادات الإعفاء النهائى بدون أى مشقة فى الإنتقال أو أى أعباء مادية .
وتكريماً لأبناء مصر من ذوى الهمم وكبار السن تم إقامة إحتفالية بكل محافظة لتسليمهم شهادات الإعفاء من التجنيد وذلك إيماناً بدور القوات المسلحة فى دعم أبناء الوطن وإدخال البهجة والسرور عليهم .

The Recruitment and Mobilization Department Provides Conscription Facilitation for Citizens with Disabilities and the Elderly in Several Governorates
In implementation of the directives of the political leadership to extend all forms of care and support to citizens with disabilities and the elderly, the Armed Forces, through the Recruitment and Mobilization Department, deployed a number of medical recruitment committees to the governorates of Menoufia, Sharqia, and Gharbia. This was carried out in coordination with universities and intellectual institutions within these governorates, with the aim of facilitating procedures for citizens with disabilities and the elderly and sparing them the hardship of traveling to their respective recruitment and mobilization centers. Appropriate facilities close to their places of residence were prepared, where medical and recruitment committees conducted examinations and finalized their conscription status—completely free of charge and without burden.
As part of these facilitation measures, medical recruitment committees were also dispatched directly to the homes of individuals unable to move due to health conditions. Their conscription status was duly resolved, and final exemption certificates were delivered to them without any strain of travel or financial costs.
In honor of Egypt’s citizens with disabilities and the elderly, celebratory events were organized in each governorate for the presentation of exemption certificates. This initiative comes as part of the Armed Forces’ unwavering commitment to supporting the sons of the nation and bringing them joy and reassurance.
