I am Ibrahim Shehata, President of “The Times International”. Three days ago, Egyptian television rivived Count Federico Wardal popularity . Wardal , descendant of Cleopatra VII , donated ancient manuscripts from his dynasty to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina founded by Cleopatra’s dynasty . Wardal became famous in Egypt and throughout the Arab world, having been watched by 500 million people during Samir Sabri’s famous program “ Tonight ( Adha Al-masà ) ” We consider Wardal, born in Italy, an Egyptian icon, as is his legendary friend Dalida, born in Cairo by Italian parents. In the cinema, Wardal’s masters were Federico Fellini, Youssef Chahine and in December Wardal will be the testimonial of the Vesuvius Film Festival which the president, architect Giovanna D’Amodio, dedicates to Federico Fellini.

the audience for me is one : only I thanks all people who appreciate my messages for brotherhood by my theatrical , cinematographic roles . I especially appreciate the generous attention of media and especially the attention of Vesuvius Film Festival Dec 3-13 2025 Vesuvius film festival.it and its President arch. Giovanna D’Amodio celebrating my 50th anniversary of my artistic career in the historical Pompei . The VI edition of Vesuvius Film Festival will be dedicated to my mentor Federico Fellini . I am especially grateful to the President of ANILDD eng. Lino Marasco who introduced me to President Giovanna D’Amodio . I consider my self very lucky for my artistic connection and friendship with Federico Fellini and on this I dedicate a performance at Vesuvius Film Festival curated by Graziano MARRAFFA President of the Italian Historical Film Archive . The film “ Anita “ on the heroin Anita Garibaldi with me , music by Andrea Ceccomori will be screened at Vesuvius Film Festival as well as at LA Tribune Film Festival LATribuneFilmFestival.com and San Francisco New Concept Film Festival .The film is under the auspices of Francesco Garibaldi , descendant of the hero Giuseppe Garibaldi . Currently my action is to create solid bridges among Californian and Mediterranean Film Festivals that started by the mentioned Film Festivals .
