فى إطار توجيهات القيادة السياسية لتوطين الصناعات الوطنية وحرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على التطوير المستمر للإمكانيات والقدرات التسليحية ، شهد الفريق / أشرف عطوة قائد القوات البحرية رئيس مجلس إدارة جهاز الصناعات والخدمات البحرية إستلام القاطرة الأولى ( رأس الحكمة ) من طراز أزيموث (RASTR 3200) ASD من إجمالى عدد (3) قاطرة يتم تشييدهم لصالح القوات البحرية المصرية ، والتى تم بناؤها داخل ترسانة الأسكندرية بالتعاون مع هيئة الإشراف الفرنسية (BV) وذلك ضمن عقد الإتفاق بين القوات البحرية وشركة ترسانة الأسكندرية .
وتتميز القاطرة (ASD) بسعرها التنافسى وزيادة قوة الشد التى تبلغ (85) طن ، وسهولة المناورة والتحكم مع تجهيزها بمعدات من كبرى الشركات العالمية فى ذلك المجال .
وتهدف شركة ترسانة الأسكندرية للمنافسة فى سوق القاطرات العالمية بهذا الطراز لأول مرة فى مجال صناعة القاطرات البحرية بمصر وأن تكون مركزاً لبناء وإنتاج هذا النوع من القاطرات لمختلف البلدان خلال المرحلة المقبلة .
جاء ذلك بحضور اللواء بحرى / حسام الدين عزت رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة ترسانة الأسكندرية وعدد من قادة القوات البحرية وهيئة الإشراف الفرنسية (BV) ومجموعة من ممثلى كبرى الشركات العالمية المختصة فى المجال البحرى .

Egyptian Navy Receives First “Ras El-Hekma” ASD Tugboat from Alexandria Shipyard

In line with the directives of the political leadership to localize national industries, and within the framework of the General Command of the Armed Forces’ commitment to the continuous development of capabilities and armament systems, Vice Admiral Ashraf Atwa, Commander of the Egyptian Navy and Chairman of the Marine Industries and Services Organization, presided over the delivery of the first “Ras El-Hekma” Azimuth Stern Drive (ASD) tugboat of the RASTR 3200 class.
This tugboat is the first of a total of three being constructed for the Egyptian Navy at Alexandria Shipyard in cooperation with the French classification society Bureau Veritas (BV), under a contractual agreement between the Navy and Alexandria Shipyard Company.
The ASD tugboat is distinguished by its competitive cost, high bollard pull capacity of 85 tons, and superior maneuverability and control. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art systems and equipment from leading global manufacturers in the maritime industry.
Alexandria Shipyard aims to enter the global tugboat market with this model for the first time in Egypt’s shipbuilding history. The company aspires to become a regional hub for the construction and export of this class of tugboats to various countries in the coming phase.
The ceremony was attended by Rear Admiral Hossam El-Din Ezzat, Chairman of Alexandria Shipyard, senior naval officers, representatives of Bureau Veritas, and delegations from major international maritime companies.

La Marine Égyptienne réceptionne le premier remorqueur “Ras El-Hekma” de type ASD construit par le chantier naval d’Alexandrie
Dans le cadre des directives de la direction politique visant à localiser les industries nationales, et de la volonté du Commandement Général des Forces Armées de développer en permanence les capacités et équipements militaires, l’Amiral Ashraf Atwa, Commandant de la Marine Égyptienne et chef de l’Organisme des Industries et Services Maritimes, a assisté à la cérémonie de lancement du premier remorqueur “Ras El-Hekma” de type azimutal (RASTR 3200) ASD, sur un total de trois remorqueurs en cours de construction au profit de la Marine Égyptienne.
Ce remorqueur a été construit au sein du chantier naval d’Alexandrie, en coopération avec l’organisme français de certification (BV), dans le cadre du contrat conclu entre la Marine Égyptienne et la société de construction navale d’Alexandrie.
Le remorqueur ASD se distingue par un prix compétitif, une force de traction élevée atteignant 85 tonnes, ainsi qu’une manœuvrabilité et une facilité de contrôle supérieures. Il est équipé d’appareils et de systèmes fournis par les plus grandes entreprises internationales du secteur maritime.
L’entreprise du chantier d’Alexandrie vise à se positionner pour la première fois sur le marché mondial des remorqueurs avec ce modèle, et ambitionne de devenir un centre de construction et de production de ce type de remorqueurs à destination de divers pays au cours de la prochaine phase.
La cérémonie s’est déroulée en présence du Contre-Amiral Hossam El-Din Ezzat, Président du Conseil d’Administration de la L’entreprise du chantier d’Alexandrie, de plusieurs commandants de la Marine, de représentants (BV), ainsi que de délégués de grandes entreprises mondiales spécialisées dans le domaine maritime.
