فى إطار حرص القوات المسلحة على دعم المنظومة التعليمية بالجامعات المصرية وتحقيق أقصى درجات التعاون المثمر مع مختلف الصروح التعليمية ، وقعت الهيئة الهندسية للقوات المسلحة بروتوكول تعاون مع الجامعة المصرية الصينية ، وذلك للإستفادة من الخبرات المشتركة لكلا الجانبين فى تنفيذ المشروعات القومية للدولة .
وأشار اللواء / أحمد على العزازى رئيس الهيئة الهندسية للقوات المسلحة خلال كلمته إلى أهمية البروتوكول فى تحقيق أقصى إستفادة ممكنة لإعداد وتأهيل الكوادر الشابة بإتباع أحدث الأسس والبرامج التدريبية فى مختلف المجالات الهندسية .
من جانبها أعربت الأستاذة الدكتورة / رشا الخولى رئيس الجامعة المصرية الصينية عن تقديرها للدور الذى تقوم به الهيئة الهندسية فى كافة المشروعات التنموية بإستخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية المتطورة .
ويهدف البروتوكول إلى تحقيق التعاون المشترك فى التدريب العملى لكلا الجانبين فى العديد من التخصصات الهندسية والتكنولوجية الحديثة ، والإستفادة من الإمكانيات العلمية والقدرات البشرية والبنية الأساسية المتاحة للطرفين فى شتى المجالات بما يؤهلهم لمتطلبات سوق العمل .
حضر فعاليات توقيع البروتوكول عدد من قادة وضباط الهيئة الهندسية للقوات المسلحة وعدد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة المصرية الصينية .

Egyptian Armed Forces Engineering Authority Signs Cooperation Protocol with the Egyptian Chinese University

As part of the Armed Forces’ ongoing commitment to supporting Egypt’s educational system and fostering effective cooperation with prominent academic institutions, the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces has signed a cooperation protocol with the Egyptian Chinese University. The agreement aims to leverage the mutual expertise of both parties in the implementation of national development projects.
In his address, Major General Ahmed Ali Al-Azazi, Chief of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, highlighted the importance of the protocol in maximizing the potential to prepare and qualify young talent through the application of the latest methodologies and training programs across various engineering disciplines.
For her part, Professor Dr. Rasha El-Khouly, President of the Egyptian Chinese University, expressed her appreciation for the significant role played by the Engineering Authority in national development projects, noting their use of advanced technological tools and systems.
The protocol is designed to establish joint cooperation in hands-on training across several modern engineering and technological specialties. It also aims to optimize the use of both parties’ scientific capabilities, human resources, and infrastructure to prepare graduates who are well-equipped to meet the demands of the labor market.
The signing ceremony was attended by a number of senior officers and leaders from the Engineering Authority as well as members of the academic staff from the Egyptian Chinese University.

L’autorité de Génie des Forces Armées signe un protocole de coopération avec l’Université Égypto-Chinoise

Dans le cadre de la volonté des Forces Armées de soutenir le système éducatif au sein des universités égyptiennes et de réaliser le plus haut niveau de coopération fructueuse avec les différentes institutions éducatives, l’autorité de Génie des Forces Armées a signé un protocole de coopération avec l’Université Égypto-Chinoise, en vue de bénéficier de l’expertise commune des deux parties dans la réalisation des projets nationaux de l’État.
Dans son discours, le Général Ahmed Ali Al-Azzazi, président de l’autorité de Génie des Forces Armées, a souligné l’importance de ce protocole pour tirer le meilleur parti possible de la formation et de la qualification des jeunes cadres, en adoptant les méthodes et programmes de formation les plus récents dans divers domaines de l’ingénierie.
Pour sa part, la professeure Racha El-Khouli, présidente de l’Université Égypto-Chinoise, a exprimé sa reconnaissance pour le rôle joué par l’autorité de Génie dans les différents projets de développement, en recourant à des moyens technologiques avancés.
Le protocole vise à établir une coopération mutuelle en matière de formation pratique entre les deux parties, dans de nombreuses spécialités d’ingénierie et de technologies modernes et à tirer parti des ressources scientifiques, des compétences humaines et des infrastructures disponibles des deux côtés, afin de les qualifier aux exigences du marché du travail.
La cérémonie de signature du protocole s’est déroulée en présence de plusieurs commandants et officiers de l’autorité de Génie des Forces Armées, ainsi que de membres du corps professoral de l’Université Égypto-Chinoise.
