فى إطار حرص القيادة السياسية على إنشاء منظومة تكنولوجية متكاملة للطوارئ والسلامة العامة للمساهمة فى الحفاظ على الممتلكات العامة والخاصة وتعظيم الإستفادة من كافة الإمكانات المتاحة ووسائل التواصل الحديثة ، وإنطلاقاً من حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على تقديم كافة أوجه الدعم لكافة المؤسسات الحكومية بالدولة ، إفتتحت الأمانة العامة لمجلس النواب التشغيل التجريبى لمركز السيطرة والتشغيل للشبكة الوطنية للطوارئ والسلامة العامة بمقر المجلس بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة وذلك بالتعاون مع إدارة الإشارة للقوات المسلحة .
وخلال مراسم الإفتتاح أكد اللواء أ ح / هانى محمود منصور مدير الإشارة للقوات المسلحة على أن هذا المركز يأتى إستكمالاً لما تقوم به الدولة المصرية من جهود لتحسين جودة خدمات الإغاثة والطوارئ للحفاظ على سلامة المواطنين وذلك من خلال ربط مختلف عناصر الطوارئ والمرافق الحيوية عبر مركز رئيسى وغرفة عمليات متخصصة فى شبكة موحدة ومؤمنة تم تنفيذها طبقاً لأحدث المعايير العالمية .
وأشار المستشار / أحمد عزت مناع أمين عام مجلس النواب إلى أن إقامة مركز السيطرة بمجلس النواب يحقق السيطرة الداخلية الكاملة للمجلس ويعد نقلة حضارية فى التعامل مع الطوارئ والأزمات ، كما يتصل المركز بالشبكة المتواجدة بكافة جهات الدولة المتصلة مع المركز الرئيسى وذلك بإستخدام أحدث التكنولوجيا فى مجال الإتصالات بهدف تحقيق التعاون والتكامل بين كافة الجهات المعنية فى إتخاذ القرار عبر إتاحة البيانات الدقيقة والتأكد من جودة الخدمات العامة المقدمة لأبناء الشعب المصرى .

House of Representatives Launches Control and Operations Center for the National Emergency and Public Safety Network at Its New Administrative Capital Headquarters

In alignment with the directives of the political leadership to establish a comprehensive technological system for emergency response and public safety — aimed at protecting public and private property and maximizing the use of available resources and modern communication technologies — and in line with the General Command of the Armed Forces’ ongoing commitment to supporting all state institutions, the General Secretariat of the House of Representatives has officially inaugurated the trial operation of the Control and Operations Center for the National Emergency and Public Safety Network at its headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, in collaboration with the Armed Forces Signal Department.
During the inauguration ceremony, Major General Engineer Hani Mahmoud Mansour, Director of the Armed Forces Signal Department, affirmed that the new center reflects the Egyptian state’s continuous efforts to enhance the quality of emergency and relief services to safeguard citizens. The center connects various emergency entities and critical infrastructure facilities through a centralized command hub and a specialized operations room, all integrated within a unified, secure network, developed in accordance with the latest international standards.
Counselor Ahmed Ezzat Manna, Secretary-General of the House of Representatives, highlighted that the establishment of the Control and Operations Center marks a significant milestone in achieving full internal control within the House and represents a major leap in emergency and crisis management capabilities. He further noted that the center is linked to the national network covering all relevant state institutions connected to the main center, leveraging the latest communication technologies to enhance inter-agency cooperation and integration. The system ensures the availability of accurate, real-time data and improves the quality of public services delivered to the citizens of Egypt.
