تنفيذاً لتوجيهات السيد الرئيس / عبدالفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة بتعظيم أوجه الإستفادة من ” الشبكة الوطنية الموحدة لخدمات الطوارئ والسلامة العامة ” فى تطبيقات ومنظومات كافة الجهات الحكومية بالدولة ، نظمت القوات المسلحة زيارة لوفد من مستشارى مجلس الدولة والأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحرى إلى أحد مراكز الشبكة الوطنية الموحدة لخدمات الطوارئ والسلامة العامة المسئولة عن إستضافة ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات الخاصة بمجلس الدولة .
بدأت الزيارة بعرض تقديمى عن الشبكة الوطنية للطوارئ والسلامة العامة وما تتضمنه من أحدث التقنيات التكنولوجية من منصات تحليل البيانات والذكاء الإصطناعى ، فضلاً عن الموقف التنفيذى لإستضافة بيانات مجلس الدولة ، دعماً لرؤية الدولة المصرية ٢٠٣٠ فى التحول الرقمى ، كما تم الإعلان عن بدء برامج التدريب المكثفة للفرق الفنية والكوادر بمجلس الدولة للتدريب على جميع خصائص تطبيق التقاضى الإلكترونى تمهيداً لتعميم العمل به بكافة الدوائر والمحاكم ، ويخدم التطبيق جميع المتعاملين مع مجلس الدولة من قضاة ومتقاضين ومحامين وموظفين بما يضمن تحقيق عدالة ناجزة .
وألقى اللواء أ ح / هانى محمود منصور مدير الإشارة للقوات المسلحة كلمة أكد فيها على الإلتزام بتقديم كافة سبل الدعم الفنى والتقنى لتعزيز كفاءة الخدمات الرقمية وتطوير منظومة العدالة الإلكترونية ، مشيداً بدور الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا فى تحقيق التحول الرقمى عبر توفير التدريب والتأهيل اللازمين للكوادر المعنية .
وأشاد المستشار / أحمد عبدالحميد عبود رئيس مجلس الدولة بالجهود المبذولة من كافة فرق العمل التابعة لإدارة الإشارة والأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحرى والتى تعبر عن الإخلاص والتفانى فى أداء العمل .
فيما أكد الدكتور / إسماعيل عبدالغفار رئيس الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحرى على أهمية التعاون بين الجهات المختلفة لتحقيق التحول الرقمى والتكامل بين كافة مؤسسات الدولة .

In implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to maximize the benefits of the “Unified National Network for Emergency Services and Public Safety” in the applications and systems of all government agencies in the country, the Armed Forces organized a visit for a delegation of advisors from the State Council and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport To one of the centers of the unified national network for emergency services and public safety responsible for hosting, processing and analyzing data of the State Council.
The visit began with a presentation on the National Network for Emergency and Public Safety and its latest technological techniques of data analysis and artificial intelligence platforms, as well as the executive position of hosting State Council data, in support of the Egyptian state’s vision 2030 in digital transformation, and the start of intensive training programs for technical teams and cadres of the State Council was also announced for training on all characteristics of the electronic litigation application. In preparation for the generalization of its work in all departments and courts, the application serves all those dealing with the State Council, including judges, litigants, lawyers, and employees, to ensure the achievement of prompt justice.
Major General Hani Mahmoud Mansour, Director of Signal for the Armed Forces, delivered a speech in which he stressed the commitment to provide all means of technical and technical support to enhance the efficiency of digital services and develop the e-justice system, praising the role of the Arab Academy for Science and Technology in achieving digital transformation by providing the necessary training and qualification for the concerned cadres.
Counselor Ahmed Abdel Hamid Abboud, President of the Council of State, praised the efforts made by all the work teams of the Signal Department and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, which expressed sincerity and dedication in performing the work.
Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), stressed the importance of cooperation between different entities to achieve digital transformation and integration among all state institutions.
