فى إطار حرص القوات المسلحة على دعم قطاعات المجتمع المدنى وتنسيق الجهود مع كافة أجهزة ومؤسسات الدولة ، نفذت قوات الدفاع الشعبى والعسكرى مشروعين للتدريب العملى المشترك بمحافظتى الشرقية والوادى الجديد لتحديد مدى جاهزية أجهزتهما التنفيذية فى مجابهة وإدارة الأزمات والكواراث وإزالة الآثار المترتبة عليها ، وتم المرور على إصطفاف المعدات والمركبات ومعسكر الإيواء العاجل بالمحافظتين لمواجهة المواقف الطارئة ، كما تم تكريم عدد من أسر الشهداء الذين ضحوا بدمائهم وأرواحهم الطاهرة فى سبيل رفعة مصرنا الغالية ، وذلك بحضور قائد قوات الدفاع الشعبى والعسكرى ومحافظ الشرقية ومحافظ الوادى الجديد .
كما نظمت قوات الدفاع الشعبى والعسكرى ندوة تثقيفية مجمعة للجامعات المصرية بمقر جامعة القاهرة لعدد (10) جامعات حكومية وخاصة ، تضمنت الندوة إلقاء الضوء على المخاطر والتحديات التى تحيط بالدولة المصرية والمتغيرات الحالية على المستويين الدولى والإقليمى ، بالإضافة إلى تقديم مجموعة من العروض والأعمال الفنية للطلبة التى تعبر عن حب الوطن .
وفى إطار إعداد أجيال من شباب مصر مسلحة بالعلم والوعى والإنضباط والقيم الوطنية إلتقى السيد / محمـد عبد اللطيف وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى اللواء أ ح / أسامة عبد الحميد داود قائد قوات الدفاع الشعبى والعسكرى لمتابعة تطوير الأداء بمدارس التأسيس العسكرى ، حيث تناول اللقاء عرض الجهود التى قامت بها القوات المسلحة بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى والتى ساهمت فى نجاح منظومة التأسيس العسكرى بالمدارس وكان له مردود إيجابى على النواحى التعليمية والإنضباطية والسلوكية للطلاب ، كما تناول اللقاء مقترحات إنضمام أعداد جديدة من المدارس لنظام التأسيس العسكرى .

The People’s Military Defense Forces Continues Implementing Activities to Support Civil Society
As part of the Armed Forces’ commitment to supporting various sectors of civil society and coordinating efforts with all state agencies and institutions, the People’s Military Defense Forces has conducted two joint practical training exercises in the governorates of Sharqia and New Valley. These exercises aimed to assess the readiness of their executive bodies in crisis and disaster management, as well as in mitigating their consequences. The exercises included an inspection of equipment, vehicles, and emergency shelter camps in both governorates to ensure preparedness for emergency situations.
In honor of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for the nation, the People’s Military Defense Forces held a formal recognition ceremony for the families of martyrs. The event was attended by the Commander of the People’s Military Defense Forces, along with the Governors of Sharqia and New Valley.
Additionally, the People’s Military Defense Forces organized a collective educational symposium for Egyptian universities at Cairo University, involving ten public and private universities. The symposium shed light on the risks and challenges facing Egypt, alongside current geopolitical developments at the regional and international levels. The event also included patriotic presentations by students, reinforcing national unity and commitment.
In the context of preparing future generations of Egyptian youth equipped with knowledge, awareness, discipline, and national values, Minister of Education and Technical Education, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, met with Major General Osama Abdel Hamid Dawood, Commander of the People’s Military Defense Forces, to review the progress of military foundation schools. The meeting addressed the efforts made by the Armed Forces in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, which have contributed to the success of the military foundation system in schools, positively impacting students’ academic performance, discipline, and behavior. Additionally, discussions were held regarding proposals to expand the program by incorporating more schools into the military foundation system.
