الدكتورة رانيا المشاط: الدورة الثالثة للجنة المُشتركة تؤسس لمرحلة جديدة وثرية من التعاون المُشترك

خلال فعاليات اللجنة المُشتركة للتعاون الاقتصادي والعلمي والفني برئاسة الدكتورة رانيا المشاط، وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون الدولي، ونظيرها الطاجيكي، استقبل السيد/ قاهر رسول زاده، رئيس وزراء جمهورية طاجيكستان، وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون الدولي، بمقر الحكومة بالعاصمة دوشنبيه، لبحث سُبُل تطوير العلاقات المُشتركة بين البلدين.

وخلال اللقاء، رحب رئيس الوزراء الطاجيكي، بالدكتورة رانيا المشاط، كما وجه تحية أيضًا للدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس الوزراء، مؤكدًا تقدير بلاده للعلاقات مع جمهورية مصر العربية حكومةً وشعبًا، حيث يرتبط البلدان بثقافات وتاريخ مشترك رغم البعد الجغرافي، موضحًا أن انعقاد اللجنة المُشتركة للتعاون الاقتصادي والعلمي والفني، تعكس اهتمام القيادة السياسية من البلدين بدفع العلاقات على مختلف الأصعدة، استغلالًا لإمكانيات البلدين وسط محيطهما الإقليمي والدولي.

وعبّر رئيس الوزراء الطاجيكي، عن تقديره للدور المحوري الذي تقوم به الدولة المصرية وسط محيطها الإقليمي والمبادرات التي تقوم بها من أجل الحفاظ على السلام والأمن في المنطقة، وكذلك المشاركة الفعّالة في دفع جهود التنمية الدولية، خاصة على مستوى العمل المناخي، لافتًا إلى أن الدولتين المصرية والطاجيكية تتفقان في الرؤى حول أهمية تعزيز العمل المناخي ودعم الدول النامية وحشد الجهود الدولية لخفض الانبعاثات.

كما أشار إلى الجهود التي تقوم بها الحكومة في مجالات التنمية المُختلفة، موضحًا أن بلاده لديها رغبة في توطيد التعاون وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب في مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية والاستثمارية والتجارية والثقافية، لاسيما على مستوى تمكين المرأة وزيادة دورها في المجمع المصري، منوهًا بأن بلاده تتخذ خطوات فعالية لتمكين المرأة ودعم حضورها في البرلمان والمناصب الحكومية.

وأكد أن تطوير العلاقات مع مصر من أولويات الحكومة الطاجيكية، والتي ظهرت بشكل ملحوظ منذ زيارة الرئيس الطاجيكي “إمام على رحمن” لمصر في مارس 2022، مبديًا تطلع بلاده لاستقبال السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، في طاجيكستان.

من جانبها، توجّهت وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون الدولي، بالشكر لرئيس وزراء طاجيكستان، على كرم الضيافة وحفاوة الاستقبال، مؤكدةً أن اللجنة المُشتركة شهدت مباحثات مكثفة بين الجانبين وأن بروتوكول اللجنة يضع نواة لمزيد من التعاون المُشترك في 17 مجالًا تنمويًا تحظى باهتمام كبير من البلدين، كما تم عقد العديد من الاجتماعات مع مسئولي الحكومة للتباحث حول مجالات متعددة مثل السياحة، والتعدين، والطاقة المتجددة، وتغير المناخ، والصناعات الدوائية والغذائية وغيرها.

وأوضحت الدكتورة رانيا المشاط، أن مصر تولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا باللجان المُشتركة باعتبارها آلية فعّالة لتقريب وجهات النظر واستكشاف أوجه التعاون مع الدول الصديقة والشقيقة، منوهةً بأن الدورة الثالثة من اللجنة المُشتركة تفتح آفاق التعاون في مجالات السياحة والأمن الغذائي والعمل المناخي وغيرها. واقترح الجانبان عقد (أيام ثقافية مصرية-طاجيكية) لتسليط الضوء على الثقافات من البلدين.

وأشارت إلى انعقاد منتدى رجال الأعمال بمشاركة شركات مصرية لديها خبرة طويلة في مجالات التشييد والبناء والصناعة والسياحة والصناعات الدوائية، كما أن للقطاع الخاص دورا مهمًا في تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي بين البلدين.

Dr. Rania Al-Mashat: The Third Session of the Joint Committee Marks a New and Enriching Phase of Cooperation

During the events of the Joint Economic, Scientific, and Technical Cooperation Committee, co-chaired by H.E. Dr. Rania A. Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation, and Prime Minister Qohir Rasulzoda of the Republic of Tajikistan. The Tajik Prime Minister received H.E. Minister Al-Mashat at the government headquarters in Dushanbe to discuss ways to develop bilateral relations.

At the meeting, the Tajik Prime Minister warmly welcomed Dr. Rania Al-Mashat and conveyed his greetings to Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly. He reaffirmed his country’s appreciation for the relations between Tajikistan and the Arab Republic of Egypt, both historically and culturally, despite their geographic distance. He emphasized that the convening of the Joint Economic, Scientific, and Technical Cooperation Committee reflects the political leadership of both countries’ interest in enhancing relations across various fields and capitalizing on the potentials of both nations in their regional and international contexts.

The Tajik Prime Minister expressed appreciation for Egypt’s pivotal role in its regional environment and its initiatives aimed at maintaining peace and security in the region.

The Tajik Prime Minister also highlighted Egypt’s active participation in advancing international development efforts, particularly in the area of climate action. He pointed out that both Egypt and Tajikistan share common views on the importance of enhancing climate action, supporting developing countries, and rallying international efforts to reduce emissions.

He also highlighted the government’s efforts in various development fields and expressed Tajikistan’s desire to deepen cooperation and exchange experiences in economic, investment, commercial, and cultural areas, particularly in empowering women and enhancing their roles in Egyptian society.

He noted that his country is taking effective steps to empower women and support their presence in parliament and government positions.

He reaffirmed that enhancing relations with Egypt is a priority for the Tajik government, a commitment clearly visible since the visit of Tajik President Emomali Rahmon to Egypt in March 2022. He expressed his country’s willingness to host President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in Tajikistan.

H.E. Dr. Rania A. Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation expressed gratitude to the Tajik Prime Minister for his warm hospitality and reception.

H.E. Dr. Al-Mashat confirmed that the Joint Committee had facilitated intensive discussions between both sides, and the committee’s protocol sets the foundation for further cooperation in 17 developmental fields of great importance to both countries. Several meetings were held with government officials to discuss various areas such as tourism, mining, renewable energy, climate change, pharmaceuticals, food industries, and more.

H.E. Minister Al-Mashat stated that Egypt places great importance on joint committees as effective mechanisms for bridging viewpoints and exploring avenues of cooperation with friendly and sisterly countries. H.E. noted that the third session of the Joint Committee opens new horizons for cooperation in areas such as tourism, food security, climate action, and others. Both sides proposed organizing “Egyptian-Tajik Cultural Days” to highlight the cultures of both countries.

H.E. Dr. Al-Mashat also mentioned the establishment of a business forum with the participation of Egyptian companies with extensive experience in construction, industry, tourism, and pharmaceuticals. H.E. emphasized the significant role of the private sector in strengthening economic cooperation between the two countries.
