بحث نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية، السيد فؤاد حسين، خلال اتصال هاتفي مع سمو الشيخ عبدالله بن زايد آل نهيان، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية الإماراتي، التطورات الأمنية الراهنة في سوريا.
وأشار السيد فؤاد حسين إلى التداعيات السلبية لهذه التطورات على استقرار المنطقة، مؤكداً أهمية التعاون الإقليمي لمواجهة التحديات المشتركة.
وأكد الجانبان موقفهما الثابت في دعم سوريا الشقيقة في مواجهة التطرف والإرهاب. كما أعرب سمو الشيخ عبدالله بن زايد عن تمنياته للعراق وشعبه بمزيد من الأمن والاستقرار والازدهار.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein Discusses with his Emirati Counterpart the Implications of Security Developments in Syria
On December 1st, 2024. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein discussed during a phone call with His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, the current security developments in Syria.
Minister Hussein referred to the negative implications of these developments on the stability of the region, affirming the importance of regional collaboration to confront common challenges.
The two sides reiterated their firm stance in supporting Syria in confronting extremism and terrorism.
Additionally, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed wished Iraq and its people more security, stability and prosperity.
