بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
* فضيلة الإمام الأكبر.. شيخ الأزهر الشريف،
* العلماء الأجلاء،
* ضيوف مصر الأعزاء.. الحضور الكرام،
﴿السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته﴾
اسمحوا لى فى البداية، أن أتوجه لكم وللشعب المصرى العظيم.. بخالص التقدير والتهانى.. بمناسبة احتفالنا العظيم.. بليلة القدر المباركة.. وبقرب انتهاء شهر رمضان الكريم.. وحلول عيد الفطر المبارك بعد أيام أعاده الله على مصر والأمتين العربية والإسلامية، بالخير واليمن والبركات.
السيدات والسادة،
ونحن نحتفل اليوم بهذه الليلة المباركة.. أتوجه بخالص الدعاء إلى الله تعالى.. أن يحفظ وطننا.. وأن يبارك جهود أبنائه المخلصين.. وأن يرحم ويتقبل شهداءنا راجين من الله “عز وجل”، أن يسدد خطانا.. ويوفقنا لما فيه خيـــر وصالـح وطنـنــــا العـزيـــز .. متوجها كذلك بالتهنئة، لحفظة كتاب الله.. وبالتحية إلى فضيلة الإمام الأكبر، شيخ الأزهر.. وإلى العلماء المخلصين من رجال الأزهر الشريف ووزارة الأوقاف الذين يعملون على تصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة.. بشأن الدين الإسلامى السمح، ونهجه الوسطى المعتدل.. والتصدى للغلو والتطرف، ومواجهة الفكر المنحرف.
الحضور الكريم،
إن ليلة القدر المباركة، بكل ما تحمله من معان دينية وروحانية كبيرة.. تعد موعدا سنويا متجددا.. لاستخلاص المعانى العظيمة فعطاء الله الجزيل.. اقترن اقترانا وثيقا، بالبر والوفاء والاجتهاد.. مع اليقين
فى الفوز برضا الله فلا يرجى الخير والمغفرة من الله “عز وجل”.. دون عمل وكفاح.
ولعل هذه المعانى، هى أشد ما نحتاجه اليوم.. فى ظل ما نواجهه من صعاب وتحديات.. يسعى أبناء مصر المخلصون، كل فى مجاله، إلى التغلب عليها مقدمين فى سبيل أمن مصر وسلامتها ورفعتها.. وبناء مستقبل يليق بها.. أثمانا باهظة من أرواحهم وطاقاتهم.
كما لا يفوتنى، أن أؤكد تضامننا مع أشقائنا الفلسطينيين فى قطاع غزة مشددا على أن مصر لن تتوانى، عن بذل أقصى الجهد لإيقاف القتال.. والعمل على إنفاذ المساعدات إلى القطاع ومؤكدا موقف مصر الراسخ.. بالسعى بلا كلل أو ملل.. نحو حصول الشعب الفلسطينى على حقوقه المشروعة.. وإقامة دولته المستقلة، على حدود عام 1967، وعاصمتها “القدس الشرقية”.
الحضور الكريم،
فى هذه الليلة المباركة، التى أنزل الله فيها القرآن الكريم، هدى للناس ورحمة للعالمين.. ومصدر نور متجدد ضد الظلمات نتوجه لله “سبحانه وتعالى” بالدعاء.. بأن يسدد على طريق الخير والبناء خطانا.. وأن يمدنا بمزيد من قوة الإرادة، لمواجهة المخاطر والصعاب.. وأن يكلل عملنا وجهدنا بالنجاح والتوفيق.. إنه نعم المولى، ونعم النصير.
أشكركم، وكل عام وأنتم بخير،
ومصر والعالم الإسلامى والعالم أجمع.. بسلام وتقدم وازدهار،
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته.

The dear guests of Egypt, honorable attendees,
May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon you
Allow me, at the outset, to extend my sincere appreciation and greetings to you and to the great Egyptian people on the occasion of today’s celebration of the blessed Laylat al-Qadr, the approaching end of the holy month of Ramadan, and the advent of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr. May Allah the Almighty bring it back to us with goodness and blessings.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Today, as we celebrate this sacred night, I extend my heartfelt prayers to Allah the Almighty to preserve our homeland, bless the efforts of its loyal sons, accept our martyrs and envelop them in His perfect mercy. I pray for the divine guidance to lead and bless us for the greater good and benefit of our dear homeland. I also extend congratulations to the memorizers of the “Book of Allah”, and greetings to His Eminence the Grand Imam of Al Azhar and the sincere scholars of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and the Ministry of Religious Endowments, who are dedicated to rectifying misconceptions about the tolerant Islamic faith and its moderate and balanced approach, while combating extremism and fanaticism and confronting distorted ideology.
Honorable attendees,
The blessed Laylat al-Qadr, with the tremendous religious and spiritual meanings it embraces, is a recurring annual occasion, a time for reflection on profound virtues. Allah’s boundless generosity is inextricably intertwined with righteousness, loyalty and diligence, with unwavering faith in earning Allah’s contentment, for the divine blessings and forgiveness are only obtained through hard work and perseverance.
Perhaps, these are the values that we need to embrace now more than ever, given the hardships and challenges the loyal sons of Egypt, from all walks of life, are striving to surmount. In their struggle, they are offering an exorbitant price, sacrificing their lives and energy, for the sake of Egypt’s security, safety, and prosperity and for a brighter future their homeland is worthy of.
I will not miss the opportunity to reiterated our unequivocal and steadfast solidarity with our Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip, reaffirming that Egypt will exert utmost and unyielding efforts to bring an end to the hostilities and ensure the unfettered delivery of much-needed humanitarian aid and relief into the sector. I also underscore Egypt’s unshakable commitment to tirelessly strive toward attaining the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and the establishment of their independent state along the June 4, 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
Honorable attendees,
In this sacred night, Allah the Almighty revealed the Holy Quran, as a source of everlasting guidance for humanity, enduring mercy for all worlds and eternal illumination dispelling the darkness. We pray to Allah, the Exalted and Magnificent, to guide us on the path of righteousness and construction, endow us with firm determination in the face of adversity and challenges and bless our endeavors with success. He is indeed the best guardian and the best champion.
