كلمـــة السيد الرئيس/ عبــد الفتــاح السيســى فى احتفالية يوم المرأة المصرية

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السيدات والسادة،
كل عام وأنتم بخير.. والشعب المصرى العظيم.. فى سلام وأمان،
بمناسبة شهر رمضان الكريم وايضاً بمناسبة الصوم الكبير لأشقائنا المسيحيين.. أعـاده الله علينـا، وعلى الأمتين العربية والإسلامية.. بالخيــر واليمــن والبـركات.
الحضور الكريم،
اسمحوا لى ونحن نحتفى اليوم.. في تقليد سنوي متجدد.. بسيدات مصر العظيمات.. أن أوجه تحية إجلال وتقدير لكل امرأة مصرية.. تسجل كل يوم فى مختلف المجالات والميادين.. أسمى معاني العطاء والصبر والتضحية والكفاح ساعية بكل إخلاص وجهد.. للحفاظ على أسرتها ووطنها فالمرأة المصرية تظل دائما.. محورا أساسيا لأمن واستقرار المجتمع والوطن.. ومصدر إلهام لا ينقطع عطاؤه.
ولعل احتفالنا اليوم.. هو محاولة لتسليط الضوء على دور المرأة المصرية في رفعة هذا الوطن.. باعتبارها المساهم والشريك المعطاء.. باختلاف وتنوع أدوارها، فقد احتضنت وربت.. وتفوقت وأجادت.. وألهمت وقادت.. وحملت هموم هذا الوطن وقضاياه على عاتقها.. مقدمة فى سبيل رفعته وسلامته.. فلذة كبدها وزهرة عمرها .. فهي أم الشهيد الصابرة.. والزوجة الداعمة وقت الشدة.. والأخت الفاضلة.. والأبنة التي تملأ الدنيا سعادة وبهجة.. متطلعة لبناء غد مشرق لبلادنا.
عظيمات مصر.. سيداتها وفتياتها،
لقد أكدت خلال السنوات الماضية.. التزامنا الأصيل بتعزيز مكانة المرأة المصرية.. بما يعكس قيمتها.. وحجم التضحيات التى قدمتها.. بكل تجرد من كل هوى، إلا هوى الوطن .. فهي ضمير الأمة ونبضها.. والحارس الأميـــن على الهوية المصرية.. والسند ومنبع العطاء وقت المحن.. والدرع الواقية أمام محاولات النيل من عزيمة هذا الوطن.
واستكمالا لمسيرة دعم المرأة المصرية.. أوجـه الحكومـة بما يلـى:
– مراجعة وتطبيق أسس المساواة بين الجنسين.. فى الاستفادة من الخدمات المصرفية، دون تمييز.
– تنمية اقتصاد الرعاية.. باعتباره مجالا متاحا لعمل المرأة .. إذ يوفر فرص
عمل جديدة لها.. ويسمح بتحقيق التوازن بين دورها الإنتاجى ودورها الاجتماعى.
– تشجيع الاقتصاد الرقمى.. باعتباره يشكل قيمة مضافة فى الاقتصاد القومى.. ويستوعب أنماطا مختلفة من العمالة المعطلة.. ويتيح فرصة للإدراك المهنى.. وتمكين المرأة من المشاركة الاقتصادية بفاعلية.. بموجب ما يتيحه من فرص للعمل المرن.. الذى يساعد على تحقيق التوازن بين العمل والأسرة.
– توفير التمويل للمرأة.. بأقل الشروط والضمانات.. لإقامة المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.. والتوعية المالية ببرامج الشمول المالى للسيدات.. فى المناطق الريفية والنائية.. وكذا توفير الدعم الفنى للمرأة.. فى مجال ريادة الأعمال .. والتوسع فى توفير حاضنات أعمال للمشروعات الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر.
– التوسع فى برامج التدريب التحويلى لرفع مهارات المرأة فى الصناعات المطلوبة بسوق العمل.. وكذلك فى المجالات التكنولوجية والرقمنة بما يزيد من فرص حصول المرأة على وظائف المستقبل.
– استحداث محور لتعزيز القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية.. فى المشروع القومى لتنمية الأسرة المصرية.. لضمان بناء مجتمع متماسك وفعال.
– تكليف الحكومة والمجلس القومى للمرأة.. بإنشاء متحف المرأة المصرية لحفظ تراث المرأة المصرية.. وتوثيق تطور تمكين المرأة
على مدى العصور القديمة والحديثة.
وختاما.. لك أيتها المرأة المصرية.. الصابرة.. الصامدة.. المكافحة..
المخلصة والوفية.. خالص تحيات وتقدير أبناء هذا الوطن .. فماضيك حضارة
سبقت التاريخ.. وحاضرك شموخ وصمود .. ومستقبل هذا الوطن..
تضيئه، شمس وجودك المشرقة.

Your Excellencies,
As we celebrate our annual tradition of honoring the great women of Egypt, I salute and express great appreciation for every Egyptian woman who demonstrates the paramount meanings of giving, patience, sacrifice and struggle in various fields and arenas, while devotedly and sincerely seeking to protect her family and nation. The Egyptian woman will always remain a cornerstone of the security and stability of society and the nation, an endless source of inspiration.
Our celebration today attempts to shed light on the role of the Egyptian woman in the elevation of this nation, being a generous contributor and partner across the diverse roles she plays.
For she has embraced and nurtured, excelled and mastered, inspired and led, bore the concerns and issues of this nation upon her shoulders, and offered her most precious, a piece of her heart and soul.
She is the patient mother of the martyr, the supportive wife in times of adversity, the virtuous sister, and the daughter who fills the world with happiness and joy, aspiring to build a radiant future for our beloved country.
The great women and girls of Egypt,
Over the past years, I have affirmed our genuine commitment to strengthening the position of Egyptian women to reflect their value and the magnitude of sacrifices they have altruistically made, driven only by the love they have for the homeland.
Women are the living conscience of the nation, the faithful guardians of the Egyptian identity and the source of support during hardships. They are the nation’s protecting shield against attempts to undermine its will.
To further empower the Egyptian woman, I directed the government to do the following:
1- To review and apply the principles of gender equality to ensure equal access to financial services, without discrimination.
2- To expand the care economy, which is an open field for women employment, as it generates new job opportunities for them and allows them to achieve a balance between their productive and social roles.
3- To promote the digital economy as it represents an added value in the national economy, accommodates various patterns of unemployed labor, provides an opportunity for professional recognition, and empowers women to effectively engage in economic activities, given the flexible job opportunities it offers. This enables them to strike a balance between work and family.
4- To provide financing for women with minimal conditions and guarantees to establish small- and medium-sized enterprises and raise financial awareness of financial inclusion programs for women in rural and remote areas. This is in addition to offering technical support for women in the field of entrepreneurship and expanding in providing incubators for small and micro-enterprises.
5- To expand transformative training programs to enhance women’s skills in industries in demand in the labor market and in the domains of technology and digitization, which increases women’s opportunities to obtain future jobs.
6- Introduce an aspect on enhancing ethical and social values in the national project for the development of the Egyptian family so as to ensure the building of a cohesive and effective society.
7- Assigning the government and the National Council for Women to establish “The Egyptian Women’s Museum” to preserve the heritage of Egyptian women and document the progress of women empowerment throughout the ancient and modern eras.
Finally, I extend the sincerest salutation and all appreciation of the sons of this homeland to the patient, resilient, fighting, sincere and loyal Egyptian women. Your past is a civilization that preceded history, your present stands tall with pride and steadfastness, and the future of this homeland is illuminated by the sun of your radiant presence.
