“بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
شعب مصر العظيم،
أتحدث إليكم اليوم.. فى ذكرى “يوم الشهيد” يوم الأبطال.. الذين خرجوا من نبت هذه الأرض الطيبة.. فحملوا الأمانة برأس شامخة.. وقابلوا ربهم بنفس راضية.. وتركوا لنا.. مع آلام الفراق.. فخرا ومجدا، سيظل محفورا وخالدا فى ذاكرة أمتنا.
إن صفحات تاريخ هذا الوطن.. زاخرة بأيام.. تشهد على قصة كفاح الشعب المصرى.. المليئة بالتضحيات والبطولات.. التى أضاءت مشاعل النور.. وألهبت مشاعر الوطنية.. وحطمت صخور اليأس.. ومهدت دروب الأمل.. وخلـــــدت أســــماءها فــــى ســـــجلات الشــــرف.. “إنهم شهداء مصر وبريق ضيائها”.
وسيبقى هؤلاء الشهداء فى وجدان أمتنا.. محل تقدير واحترام الضمير الوطنى.. ودليلا قاطعا.. على أن حب الأوطان ليس شعارات ترفع.. أو عبارات تنطق.. وإنما تضحيات حقيقية.. عرق وجهد ودماء.. ثمنا لصون مصر وأمنها واستقرارها وتقدمها.
تحية تقدير واحترام.. من شعب مصر العظيم.. إلى رجال القوات المسلحة البواسل.. الذين يحملون على عاتقهم.. بكل عزيمة وإصرار وشجاعة.. حماية مقدرات ومكتسبات الوطن.. جنبا إلى جنب مع رجال الشرطة الأشداء، المخلصين فى حفظ أمن مصر..والمتسلحين جميعا بالولاء لهذا الوطن العظيم.
شعب مصر الأبى الكريم،
سيحكى التاريخ يوما.. كيف كان العبور بمصر وشعبها، من حافة الخطر والفوضى والضياع، إلى بر السلامة والأمان والاستقرار.. صعبا وقاسيا .. كم كان الثمن المدفوع من دماء أبنائنا.. غاليا وعزيزا وكم كان حجم العمل، والصبر، والجلد، وإنكار الذات.. كبيرا فوق التصور.
إن التاريخ سيتوقف طويلا.. أمام معجزة كبرى حققها المصريون، خلال السنوات الماضية.. حيث أنقذوا وطنهم العريق من السقوط فى براثن الإرهاب.. وجماعات الشر والتطرف وصمدوا فى وجه إعصار التمزق والانهيار والفوضى.. الذى ضـرب جميـع أرجـاء الإقليم، الـذى نحيا فيــه .. وفى ذات الوقت.. شيدوا وعمروا بلادهم.. ووضعوا أساسا لاقتصاد وطنى.. قادرا على التصدى للأزمات ولن يمضى وقت طويل “بإذن الله”.. حتى ينعم المصريون.. بحصاد جهدهم.. واستثمارهم فى مستقبل هذا الوطن.
السيدات والسادة،
يشهد العالم منذ شهور.. مأساة كبرى.. بجوارنا فى فلسطين العزيزة حيث يسقط آلاف الشهداء فى قطاع غزة.. ويتعرض الأحياء منهم.. لمعاناة إنسانية غير مسبوقة.
نبذل أقصى ما نستطيع من جهد وطاقة.. لحمايتهم وإغاثتهم.. عن طريق وقف إطـــــلاق النـــــار.. وإنفـــــاذ المســــــاعدات لهـــم.. ونتوجه اليوم إلى الشعب الفلسطينى كله، المرابط على أرضه، والصامد فوق ترابها.. بتحية تقدير وإجلال ونقول لهم: ” إن مصابكم مصابنا.. وألمكم ألمنا.. وإن مصر لن تتوانى عن مواصلة العمل.. لوقف إطلاق النار.. وإدخال المساعدات.. وإغاثة المنكوبين من هذه الكارثة الهائلة.. ولن تتوقف مصر عن العمل.. مهما كان الثمن.. من أجل حصول الشعب الفلسطينى الشقيق..على حقوقه المشروعة.. فى دولته المستقلة.”
شعب مصر الكريم،
فى نهاية كلمتى .. أتوجه بتحية خاصة.. إلى أسر شهدائنا.. إلى الأب المحتسب.. والأم المكلومة.. والزوجة الصابرة.. والابن والابنة الصامدين .. لكم مني جميعا ومن شعب مصر كل التحية والتقدير .. على تضحياتكم العظيمة متعهدين لكم.. بأن تظلوا أمانة فى أعناقنا فمصر كلها، أهلكم.. وشهداؤكم، أبناؤنا جميعا.. هم رمز فخرنا، ومبعث عزتنا.
أشكركم، وكل عام وأنتم بخير.
ودائما وأبدا:بالله العظيم، وبشهدائنا وأبنائنا الأبطال، “تحيا مصر، تحيا مصر، تحيا مصر”.

The great people of Egypt,
Today, I speak to you on the anniversary of “Martyr’s Day”; the day of the heroes, who rose from the soil of this blessed land. They upheld their duty with unwavering pride and found peace in the embrace of the divine, leaving us with the sorrow of separation, yet an endless legacy of pride and glory that will be enshrined in our nation’s memory.
The radiant chapters of our nation’s history are filled with countless days that stand as testaments to the Egyptian people’s struggle; a story of sacrifices and heroism that have illuminated torches of light, ignited the flames of patriotism, shattered the rocks of despair, paved the paths of hope and immortalized their names in the records of honor.
“They are the martyrs of Egypt and the glow of its light”
Those martyrs are forever etched in the soul of our nation, cherished and revered in the national conscience, a definitive proof that the love of the homeland is not about slogans that resonate or phrases spoken, but rather it is about true sacrifices… sweat, effort and blood .. the price for safeguarding Egypt’s security, stability and progress.
A salutation of appreciation and respect from the great people of Egypt to the brave men of the Armed Forces, who bear the responsibility, with all resolve, perseverance and courage, for the protection of the homeland’s resources and gains, side by side with the robust policemen, dedicated to safeguarding Egypt’s security, all armed with their loyalty to this great homeland.
The proud people of Egypt,
In the annals of history, the story will be told of the arduous and harsh journey that transitioned Egypt and its people from the brink of danger, chaos and loss to a haven of safety, security and stability. It will recount the dear and precious price paid with the blood of our sons and the unimaginably extraordinary scale of work, patience, endurance and selflessness displayed.
The magnificent miracle achieved by the Egyptians over the past years shall forever resonate in history, bearing witness to their defense of their ancient homeland against falling in the perils of terrorism and the groups of evil and extremism. They defied the hurricane of fragmentation, collapse and chaos that swept through all parts of the region, in which we live.
At the very same time, they built and developed their country and laid a foundation for a national economy, capable of persevering through crises. By God’s grace, it will not be long before the Egyptians celebrate the fruits of their dedication, patience and investments in building the future of this homeland.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Over the past months, the world has been witnessing a devastating tragedy adjacent to us, in dear Palestine. Thousands were martyred in the Gaza Strip, leaving survivors to grapple with an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe. We have been exerting our utmost efforts and energy to protect them and provide relief by striving for a ceasefire and delivering assistance to them.
Today, we send the entire Palestinian people, who are steadfast on their land and resilient on their soil, a salute of appreciation and admiration. We tell them: “Your pain is our pain, and your suffering is our suffering. Egypt is committed to pursuing efforts toward reaching a ceasefire, delivering aid, and providing relief to those affected by this massive disaster. Unwavering in its support, Egypt will tirelessly work, no matter the cost, toward securing the brotherly Palestinian people’s legitimate rights in their independent state.”
The noble people of Egypt,
Concluding my speech, I would like to extend a special greeting to the families of our martyrs, to the grieving father and mother, to the patient wife, and to the steadfast son and daughter, to all of you I extend my as well as the Egyptian people’s greetings and appreciation for your great sacrifices. We vow to uphold our sacred duty to you, as Egypt unites as your family and your martyrs, our sons, are forever enshrined as icons of pride and sources of dignity.
