شهد الفريق أول / محـمد زكى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى المرحلة الرئيسية لمشروع مراكز القيادة التعبوى الذى تنفذه المنطقة الجنوبية العسكرية وذلك على مدار عدة أيام فى إطار خطة التدريبات لتشكيلات ووحدات القوات المسلحة ، بحضور الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة وقادة الأفرع الرئيسية وعدد من كبار قادة القوات المسلحة .
بدأت المرحلة بعرض ملخص الفكرة التعبوية وعرض القرارات المتخذة من القادة أثناء إدارة المشروع ، وناقش الفريق أول / محـمد زكى عدداً من القادة والضباط المشاركين بالمشروع فى أسلوب تنفيذ مهامهم ، وكيفية إتخاذ القرارات المناسبة لمواجهة المتغيرات المفاجئة أثناء إدارة العمليات ومدى إتقانهم لها وفقاً لتخصصاتهم المختلفة .
وفى سياق متصل إلتقى الفريق أول / محمـد زكى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى عدداً من مقاتلى المنطقة الجنوبية العسكرية حيث نقل لهم تحيات وتقدير السيد الرئيس / عبدالفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة وإعتزازه بالجهد الذى يبذله رجال المنطقة الجنوبية العسكرية لحماية الإتجاه الإستراتيجى الجنوبى للدولة ، مؤكداً حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على الإرتقاء بمنظومة الكفاءة القتالية والإستعداد القتالى للوحدات والتشكيلات ، وأدار الفريق أول / محمـد زكى حواراً مع رجال المنطقة الجنوبية العسكرية إستمع فيه لآرائهم وإستفساراتهم وناقشهم فى كل ما يدور بأذهانهم حول مختلف الموضوعات ، معرباً عن سعادته لما لمسه من فهم وإدراك صحيح لكافة القضايا والأحداث الجارية على مختلف الأصعدة .
وكان الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة قد شهد إحدى مراحل المشروع التى تضمنت عرض التقارير والقرارات المنفذة على مختلف المستويات ، وإجراءات التحضير والتنظيم وتنسيق التعاون بين كافة العناصر المشاركة ، كما قام بفرض عدد من المواقف التعبوية المفاجئة للتأكد من القدرة على إتخاذ القرار السليم أثنـاء سير العمليات .

General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-In-Chief of The Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, Witnesses the Main Phase of The Mobilization Command Post Exercise Implemented by The Southern Military Zone

General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, witnessed the main phase of the Mobilization Command Post Exercise implemented by the Southern Military Zone, over several days, within the framework of the training plan for the formations and units of the Armed Forces. The Exercise was attended by Lieutenant General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, the commanders of the main branches, and a number of senior leaders of the Armed Forces.
The phase began with a presentation of the mobilization idea and the decisions taken by the leaders during the management of the Exercise. General Mohamed Zaki discussed with a number of the participating commanders and officers the tactics of implementing their tasks, how to make the appropriate decisions to deal with emergencies, during the management of operations, and the extent of mastering their tasks, according to their different specialties.
In a related context, General Mohamed Zaki met with a number of the Southern Military Zone personnel and conveyed to them the greetings and appreciation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and his pride in the efforts made by the personnel of the Southern Military Zone to protect the southern strategic area of the state. He stressed the keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces to improve the combat efficiency system and combat readiness of the units and formations. General Mohamed Zaki also held a dialogue with the personnel of the Southern Military Zone, during which he listened to their opinions and inquiries. He also discussed with them all the inquiries they had about various topics. He expressed his happiness with their understanding of the current issues and events on various levels.
Lieutenant General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, had previously witnessed one of the phases of the exercise, which included a presentation of reports and rehearsals implemented at various levels, preparation and organization procedures, and coordination of cooperation between all participating elements. He also imposed a number of emergency mobilization situations to ensure the ability to make the right decision during the course of operations.
