فى إطار حرص القوات المسلحة على التعاون مع مختلف وزارات ومؤسسات الدولة
لتدريب وتأهيل الكوادر البشرية لتعظيم الإستفادة من قدراتهم وفقاً لتخصصاتهم المختلفة بكافة المجالات ،
قامت الأكاديمية العسكرية المصرية بتخريج الدورة الأولى للمعلمين المرشحين لشغل وظيفة مديرى مدارس بعد إتمام دورتهم التدريبية بالكلية الحربية
بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى .
تضمنت المراسم تفقد معرض مشاريع التخرج للدارسين بالدورة فى إطار رؤية مصر 2030 لتطوير العملية التعليمية ، أعقب ذلك عرض الموقف التدريبى للدورة وعرض فيلم تسجيلى لمراحل إعداد وتنفيذ الدورة بدءاً من إستقبال الدارسين ومروراً بالتدريب الفنى والتخصصى ، وكذا إستعراض ومناقشة البحث الجماعى والذى تم إعداده بواسطة الخريجين ، وألقى أقدم الدارسين كلمة وجه خلالها الشكر للقوات المسلحة على ما لمسوه خلال فترة تدريبهم من رعاية وإهتمام وما إكتسبوه من مبادئ وخبرات راقية خلال دراستهم بالكلية الحربية ، تلا ذلك إعلان نتيجة الدورة وتكريم أوائل الخريجين وتوزيع شهادات التخرج .
وألقى الدكتور / رضا حجازى وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى كلمة أشار خلالها إلى أهمية تلك الدورات التى تأتى فى إطار رؤية الدولة المصرية بهدف خلق أجيال جديدة من أبناء مصر قادرين على العمل وفقاً لأعلى معايير الإنضباط الذاتى والمستوى العلمى الراقى لخدمة الوطن بمختلف المجالات .
كما ألقى الفريق / أشرف سالم زاهر مدير الأكاديمية العسكرية المصرية كلمة قدم خلالها التهنئة للخريجين متمنياً لهم التوفيق فى مجال عملهم ، مشيراً إلى حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على تطوير وتحديث نظم الإعداد والتأهيل ليتوافق مع التطور المستمر الذى تشهده نظم التعليم العالمية بما يعود بالنفع على الدارسين .
حضر مراسم التخرج اللواء أ ح / خالد أحمد شوقى مساعد وزير الدفاع والأستاذ الدكتور / السيد قنديل رئيس جامعة حلوان وعميد كلية التربية بجامعة حلوان ، وعدد من قادة وضباط القوات المسلحة وعدد من مسئولى وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى .

Graduation of The First Course for Teachers Nominated to Occupy the Position of School Principals from The Egyptian Military Academy After Completing Their Training Course

In the context of the Armed Forces’ keenness to cooperate with various ministries and state institutions to train and qualify human resources to maximize the utilization of their capabilities according to their different specializations in all fields, the Egyptian Military Academy, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, graduated the first course of teachers nominated to assume the position of school principals, after completing their training course at the Military Academy.
The ceremony included a tour of the graduation projects exhibition of the trainees in the course, within the framework of Egypt’s Vision 2030 to develop the educational process. This was followed by a presentation of the training situation for the course and a documentary film showing the stages of preparing and implementing the course, starting with the reception of the trainees, followed by technical and specialized training, as well as the presentation and discussion of the group research prepared by the graduates. The senior of trainees delivered a speech in which he thanked the Armed Forces for the care and attention, they received during their training period, and for the high principles and experiences they acquired during their studies at the Military Academy. This was followed by the announcement of the course results, honoring of the top graduates, and the distribution of graduation certificates.
Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, delivered a speech in which he pointed to the importance of these courses, which come within the framework of the Egyptian state’s vision to create new generations of Egyptian youth who are able to work according to the highest standards of self-discipline and high scientific level, to serve the homeland in various fields.
Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher, Director of The Egyptian Military Academy, also delivered a speech in which he congratulated the graduates and wished them success in their work field. He pointed to the Armed Forces General Command’s keenness to develop and modernize training systems to be in line with the continuous development, that the world’s education systems are witnessing, which will benefit the trainees.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Major General Khaled Ahmed Shawky, Assistant Minister of Defense, Professor Dr. Elsayed Kandil, President of Helwan University and Dean of the Faculty of Education at Helwan University, a number of commanders and officers of the Armed Forces, and a number of officials from the Ministry of Education and Technical Education.
