إلتقى الفريق أول / محمد زكى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى الأدميرال / روب باور رئيس اللجنة العسكرية لحلف شمال الأطلنطى والوفد المرافق له الذى يزور مصر حالياً .
تناول اللقاء مناقشة عدد من الموضوعات ذات الإهتمام المشترك فى ضوء مجالات التعاون العسكرى وتبادل الخبرات بين كلا الجانبين .
وأكد القائد العام للقوات المسلحة على تقديره لعلاقات الصداقة والتعاون العسكرى مع اللجنة العسكرية لحلف شمال الأطلنطى ، مشيراً إلى توافق الرؤى حول مختلف القضايا والموضوعات بما يسهم فى دعم ركائز الأمن والإستقرار بالمنطقة .
فيما أشاد رئيس اللجنة العسكرية لحلف شمال الأطلنطى بالدور المحورى التى تقوم به الدولة المصرية فى تحقيق الأمن والإستقرار والتوازن بالمنطقة ، معرباً عن تطلعه لتعزيز آفاق التعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين القوات المسلحة المصرية واللجنة العسكرية لحلف شمال الأطلنطى .
وكان الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة قد إلتقى الأدميرال / روب باور والوفد المرافق له وتناول اللقاء علاقات التعاون فى مختلف المجالات العسكرية .
حضر اللقاء عدد من قادة القوات المسلحة .

General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-In-Chief of The Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, Meets with The Chairman of The NATO Military Committee

General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, met with Lieutenant Admiral Rob Bauer, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, and his accompanying delegation, which is currently visiting Egypt.
The meeting covered a number of topics of common interest in light of the areas of military cooperation and exchange of experiences between both sides.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces stressed his appreciation for the friendly relations and military cooperation with the NATO Military Committee. He also noted the consensus of visions on various issues and topics, that contribute to supporting the pillars of security and stability in the region.
The Chairman of the NATO Military Committee praised the pivotal role, played by the Egyptian state in achieving security, stability and balance in the region. He also expressed his aspiration to enhance the prospects for cooperation and exchange of experiences between the Egyptian Armed Forces and the NATO Military Committee.
Lieutenant General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, met with Lieutenant Admiral Rob Bauer and his accompanying delegation. The meeting covered the cooperative relationships in various military fields.
The meeting was attended by a number of commanders of the Armed Forces.
