شهد الفريق أول / محمـد زكى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع والإنتاج الحربى المرحلة الرئيسية لمشروع مراكز القيادة التعبوى ( صمود – 2 ) والذى تجريه قيادة قوات شرق القناة لمكافحة الإرهاب ويستمر لعدة أيام فى إطار خطة التدريب القتالى لتشكيلات ووحدات القوات المسلحة ، وذلك بحضور الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة وقادة الأفرع الرئيسية وعدد من قادة القوات المسلحة .
وألقى اللواء أ ح / نبيل حسب الله قائد قوات شرق القناة لمكافحة الإرهاب كلمة أكد خلالها حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على تقديم كافة أوجه الدعم لقيادة قوات شرق القناة لمكافحة الإرهاب لتنفيذ كافة المهام التى توكل إليها بكفاءة وإقتدار .
بدأت المرحلة الرئيسية للمشروع بعرض الفكرة التعبوية للمشروع والقرار المتخذ فى الموقف أثناء المشروع ، وناقش الفريق أول / محمـد زكى عدداً من القادة والضباط المشاركين بالمشروع فى أسلوب تنفيذ المهام ، وكيفية إتخاذ القرار لمواجهة المتغيرات المفاجئة أثناء إدارة العمليات ومدى إتقانهم لها وفقاً لتخصصاتهم المختلفة .

تحيات وتقدير السيد الرئيس / عبدالفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة وإعتزازه بالجهد الذى يبذله رجال شرق القناة لتنفيذ كافة المهام التى توكل إليهم ، وأثنى على الأداء المتميز والروح المعنوية العالية للقوات المشاركة فى المشروع ، وطالبهم بالحفاظ على المستوى المتميز والكفاءة القتالية والثقة العالية بالنفس مشيداً بالمستوى الراقى الذى ظهرت عليه كافة العناصر المنفذة للمشروع مما يعكس الإستعداد القتالى العالى والتدريب المتميز والإحترافية فى تنفيذ المشروع .
وكان الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة قد شهد إحدى مراحل المشروع التى تضمنت عرض التقارير والقرارات المنفذة لكافة الوحدات أثناء مراحل إدارة العمليات .
كما ناقش رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة عدد من القادة والضباط بالمشروع فى تنفيذهم لمهامهم وقام بفرض عدد من المواقف التكتيكية المفاجئة للتأكد من قدرتهم على إتخاذ القرار السليم أثنـاء سير المعركة .

General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, witnessed the main phase of the tactical command centers exercise (Samoud-2), which is being conducted by the Eastern Canal Anti-Terror Forces Command and continues for several days within the framework of the combat training plan for formations and units of the Armed Forces, in the presence of Lieutenant-General Osama Askar. Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, leaders of the main services, and a number of leaders of the Armed Forces.
Staff Major General Nabil Hassaballah, commander of the anti-terror forces east of the canal, delivered a speech in which he stressed The keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces to provide all aspects of support to the leadership of the forces east of the Canal to combat terrorism to carry out all the tasks entrusted to them efficiently and competently.
The main phase of the project began with the presentation of the mobilizing idea of the project and the decision taken in the situation during the project. General Mohamed Zaki, discussed a number of leaders and officers participating in the project in the method of carrying out tasks, and how to take a decision to face sudden changes during operations management and their mastery according to their different specializations.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, conveyed the greetings and appreciation of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and his pride with the efforts of the men of the east of the canal to carry out all the tasks entrusted to them, and praised the outstanding performance and high morale of the forces participating in the exercise, and demanded them to maintain the outstanding level, combat efficiency and great self-confidence, praising the professionalism of all the implementing elements of the exercise, which is reflected in the high combat readiness, excellent training and professionalism in implementing the exercise.
Lieutenant-General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, witnessed one of the exercise phases, which included presenting the reports and decisions for all units during the phases of operations management.
The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces also discussed a number of commanders and officers of the exercise during the execution of tasks and imposed a number of sudden tactical situations to ensure their ability to take the right decision during the course of the battle.
