فاز الملياردير دونالد ترامب والسناتور بيرني ساندرز بالانتخابات التمهيدية التي أجريت في ولاية نيوهامشير لاختيار مرشحي الحزبين الجمهوري والديموقراطي لسباق الرئاسة الأمريكية 2016.
وأظهرت نتائج تصويت الديمقراطيين حصول السناتور بيرني ساندرز 74 عاما على نسبة 58% من الأصوات، مقابل 40 % لوزيرة الخارجية السابقة هيلاري كلينتون.
وأقرت روبي موك مديرة حملة كلينتون بالهزيمة في ولاية نيوهامشير، وأرجعت الحملة فوز ساندرز إلى تصويت الأمريكيين من أصول إفريقية ولاتينية له.
